Racha, Georgia

One of the things about being involved in a sport is it's very hard to take pictures when you're actually doing that sport, so this gallery does not have a lot of pictures, but hopefully you get the idea.

On this trip I got out with a good friend, Tim, who was also on my Adventure RC World Champs team in 2011, doing some paddling in Racha in early summer (June), and there was a lot of water in the river from the snow melt that year. We had some interesting conditions, but had a lot of fun out there and had a few spills, and managed to stay safe, which is great.
